My vision is to create new impulses and perspectives that promote authentic decision making, ultimately leading to greater well-being, satisfaction and success.

I see systemic consulting and supervision as a source of inspiration for resource oriented change processes. Challenges are not only considered within a person, but also explained in the context of their environment and the underlying relationship.

My premises are centrally located in Basel-Stadt at Marktgasse 3 (Schifflände). If necessary,
a consultation can also take place in your premises or online via Zoom. My consulting
services are available in German and English.

I would be happy to provide you an individual offer. I adhere to the tariff recommendations of
the professional association bso.

About me

My name is Jehva Lutz, I am a social worker M.Sc., systemic consultant and supervisor. It is important to me to provide a safe and professional environment for your concerns. Especially for people who have experienced discrimination.

I work in a process-oriented manner and also integrate the physical level so that new perspectives and solutions can emerge. I tailor my methods to suit the specific needs of each consultation.

Qualifications

 Systemic consultant & supervisor with bso recognition
 Master and Bachelor of Science in Social Work

 Professional expertise in the areas of conversation and

relationship management, diversity and anti-discrimination

I have been working with people for over 20 years, supporting children, adolescents, adults, families and couples in various fields:
 School social work with a focus on child protection
 Coporate social work
 Legal social assistance
 Professional integration
 Currenrly, I work as a lecture at a university
